Phoenix Plan

  • In-depth coaching: private 1v1 coaching, allowing participants to fully grasp the efficient and injury-free running style in a more detailed manner;
  • Supported by a "nanny-level" personal trainer for three months, the dynamic training plan is adjusted according to real-time progress to optimize the training effect;
  • The full set of ChiRunning® essential techniques is divided into 3 x 1.5-2 hour lessons and complete within two weeks;
  • After completing 3 lessons of essential technique training, there will be a private lesson every 4 weeks to ensure training progress and refine running posture skills;
  • Design a personalized training plan based on the student's goals, physical fitness and needs, including dynamic training schedule, nutrition, recovery, heart rate monitoring and control, and psychological advice;
  • Become a lifetime member of ChiRunning HK Club, enhance your lifestyle through running in a social atmosphere, share experience and support each other, and free to attend members' weekend running events;
