Harrison, ChiRunning Master Instructor and Regional Director of Asia Pacific, is one of the five designated heirs of ChiLiving® Brands global intellectual property rights, a disciple of Danny Dreyer - the founder of ChiRunning. As the fourth-generation disciple of Beijing Chen Style T’ai Chi, Harrison is an enthusiast in triathlon, trail running and ultramarathon, who has been active in various Ironman series and marathons all over the world.

In addition, Harrison is passionate in charity services and is the volunteering fund-raising director of the Hong Kong Life Commitment Charity Club, a registered non-profit charity organisation focusing on elderly and poverty services. He is also the initiator and race director of the renowned annual charity running event “L3C Bun Fun Run”.

In 2013, ChiRunning was introduced to Harrison by a swimming teammate in his training group, Total Immersion®, he was marveled by this revolutionary running technique! He found himself benefiting from ChiRunning immediately in running and triathlon: no more fatigue, no more pain, and a much better result with the same effort level.

In 2016, Harrison was recognised by the ChiRunning founder Danny Dreyer for his running skills and his understanding of ChiRunning principles. He was appointed Regional Director of the Greater China region and promoted to become a Master Instructor, allowing him to shoulder the responsibility of spreading ChiRunning in the Greater China Region. In the past years, Harrison has trained hundreds of students in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He also assisted Danny in editing and translating the Chirunning books and teaching materials, develops innovative smart wearable technologies to cooperate with online running-posture-training-system, and has trained more than 100 certified instructors in Asia Pacific since 2016. He cultivated and led his team of instructors to spread the good of ChiWalking and ChiRunning allover Asia. In 2019, Harrison starts to oversee the business of ChiRunning, ChiWalking, ChiLiving and their related products in Asia Pacific.
