For twenty plus years in the Army, running was synonymous to physical fitness. Over a period, running became a passion not just another morning routine. Thus began an adventure, from 5 km mandated test runs in army to passion filled half and full marathons across India.
BUT, something was amiss, body aches, especially back aches after long runs grew along with distances I covered. The rhythm between body and mind felt out of sync. Yet, the soldier in me would not let go of my passion.
Watching videos of my run was the first step, analyse the cause, and then find the solution. I could feel it, the wrongs, but could not pin point the causes. And now what?
This is where universe pointed me towards the art of Chi running. My search led to my guru Danny Dreyer and the rest is history. Starting with correction of posture to allying the inner force to my effort, it was a natural progress.
It has been three years since my journey with Chi Running began. Now it goes beyond running, Chi is universal, running is my tool to harness it. Running is now more enjoyable than ever, no more injuries, its meditative and curing, simply put its “Mindful Running”.
Now it’s my turn to give, to spread the message and help those seekers like you into the wonderful world of Chi, harness it through running and spread it into every being of your life, your relationships and transform your self…..
